Story Synopsis:

Junior executive, Brooke, invites her boss and his wife over for dinner in hopes of securing a promotion. As Brooke is frantically getting the final touches of the dinner taken care of, her husband Donny comes home bent over with severe back issues from an accident at his bookstore. They then discover the caterer hired to impress the boss is, unfortunately, the boss’s ex-daughter-in-law. Just when it seems everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, Brooke’s boss makes an unfortunate announcement – though not as unfortunate as the candlestick attack, appetizer toss, and general chaos that then ensues…

Max: Donny’s assistant
Julia: Brooke’s assistant
Stephen: Julia’s boyfriend
Will: CEO of Carmichael and Associates and Brooke’s boss
Louise: Will’s wife

Auditions will consist of readings from the script and will be held at Beatniks on Conkey on the Other Side at 418 Conkey, Hammond IN.
Rehearsals will begin the week of December 18.
